1 Short title
This notice may be cited as the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation (QOTE) Notice 2023.
2 Commencement
Section 4 commences on 1 July 2023.
3 QOTE for 2023–2024 financial year—Act, s 10A
(1)For section 10A(2)(a) of the Act, QOTE for the 2023–2024 financial year is $1,760.70.(2)For section 10A(2)(b) of the Act, the percentage difference in QOTE for the 2023–2024 financial year compared to QOTE for the 2022–2023 financial year is 5.34%.
4 Repeal
The Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation (QOTE) Notice 2022, SL No. 93 is repealed.
