Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation (Psychiatric Assessment Tribunal) Amendment Regulation 2024 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation (Psychiatric Assessment Tribunal) Amendment Regulation 2024.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 July 2024.

3   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Regulation 2014.

4   Amendment of s 138 (Medical assessment tribunals—Act, s 492)

Section 138(b)—
insert—

(viii) the Psychiatric Assessment Tribunal;
