s1 3 s4 Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation and No. 12, 2007 Another Regulation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation and Another Regulation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Commencement (1) Part 3, other than section 8, is taken to have commenced on 1 January 2007. (2) Section 8(1) commences on 1 April 2007. Part 2 Amendment of Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Regulation 2003 3 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Workers’CompensationandRehabilitation Regulation 2003. 4 Insertion of new ss 120A and 120B Part 9, after section 120— insert— ‘120A Declaration of designated courts—Act, s 114 ‘Each court, tribunal or decision-making body ( body ) mentioned in schedule 7, column 2, of the State, whose name is set out in schedule 7, column 1 opposite the body, is

(2) Schedule 2— insert— ‘30596QLD Course in functioning as a workplace health and safety officer’.
