Workers’ Compensation and

Rehabilitation Amendment Regulations

(No. 9) 1999

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Amendment Regulations (No. 9) 1999.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which
section 57 of the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation
Amendment Act 1999 comes into operation.

3.             Regulation 20 amended

Regulation 20 of the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation the foot of that regulation and inserting instead —

“ Penalty: $1 000. ”.
