REGULATIONS (NO. 4) 1991.

Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Workers' Compensation and

Regulation 12A amended
3. Regulation 12A of the Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation
Regulations 1982* is amended —
(a) in subregulation (1) by deleting "$30 000" and substituting the following —
" $100 000 ". and
(b) in subregulation (2) by deleting "$15 000" and substituting the following — 'C
$25 000
