WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1995

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Workers'Compensation and

Rehabilitation Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1995.

Regulation 17A amended

2.     Regulation 17A of the Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation

Regulations 1982* is amended —

(a) following — in paragraph (a), by deleting "$78" and substituting the

" $82 "; and

(b) following — in paragraph (b), by deleting "$45" and substituting the

" $47
