Amendment Regulations 2004

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Amendment Regulations 2004.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Workers’
Compensation and Rehabilitation Regulations 1982*.

3.             Regulation 17AA amended

Regulation 17AA is amended by deleting “29” and inserting instead —

“ 33 ”.
