Amendment Regulations 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council on the recommendation of the Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation Commission.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation Amendment Regulations 2002.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Workers'
Compensation and Rehabilitation Regulations 1982*.

3.            Regulations 15 and 16 inserted

After regulation 14 the following regulations are inserted —

15.          Statements by approved insurance offices

The statements required to be transmitted to the the form of Forms 16 and 17 in the Appendix.

16.          Relevant body with which to negotiate the fixing of certain fee scales

For the purposes of section 176(1b)(h) of the Act, where a proposed regulation under section 176(1a) is in respect of fees to be paid to osteopaths, the relevant body is the Australian Osteopathic Association (Western Australian Division).

4.            Regulation 19 repealed

Regulation 19 is repealed.
