WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

By His Excellency's Command, J. PRITCHARD, Clerk of the Council.

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Workers' Compensation and

Rehabilitation Amendment Regulations 1996.

Regulation 17A amended

2.     Regulation 17A of the Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation

Regulations 1982* is amended —

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "$82" and substituting the following

$86 "; and

(b)	following —	in paragraph (b) by deleting "$47" and substituting the
" $49 ".
