Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Workers’CompensationandRehabilitation Regulation 2003. 3 Replacement of s 5 (WorkCover’s capital adequacy—Act, s 453) Section 5— omit, insert— ‘5 WorkCover’s capital adequacy—Act, s 453 ‘In order to maintain capital adequacy for section 453(b) of the Act, WorkCover’s total assets must at least be equal to its total liabilities.’.
