I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation Amendment Act (No. 2) 1992, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette, as the day on which sections

6, 7 and 8 of that Act shall come into operation.
