Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation (Acts of Terrorism) (Final Day) Amendment

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Workers'
Compensation and Rehabilitation (Acts of Terrorism) (Final
Day) Regulations 2002*.

3.            Regulation 2 replaced

Regulation 2 is repealed and the following regulation is inserted instead -

2.            Final day prescribed (section 3)

For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of
"final day" in section 3 of the Act, the final day is
31 December 2006.
