Management (Scales of Fees) Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council, on the recommendation of
WorkCover WA, under section 292 of the Act.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Workers’ Compensation and Injury
Management (Scales of Fees) Amendment Regulations
(No. 2) 2006.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Workers’
Compensation and Injury Management (Scales of Fees)
Regulations 1998*.

3.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 Part 3 is amended under the subheading
“DIAGNOSTIC RADIOLOGY” in MBS item 57524 by
deleting the fee of “380.25” and inserting instead —

“ 69.00 ”.
