Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Workers' Compensation and Injury

Management Amendment (COVID-19 Response) Act 2020
Commencement Proclamation 2020.

2. Commencement of Act

Response) Act 2020 section 4 comes into operation.

The Workers' Compensation and Injury Management

Amendment (COVID-19 Response) Act 2020, other than

sections 1,2, 3 and 16, comes into operation on 12 October 2020.
