Amendment Regulations 2012

Made under section 3A by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Workers’ Compensation and Injury
Management (Acts of Terrorism) (Final Day) Amendment
Regulations 2012.

27 April 2012 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 1769

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management (Acts of Terrorism) (Final Day) Regulations 2002.

4.             Regulation 2 amended

In regulation 2 delete “31 December 2012.” and insert:

31 December 2014.
