Made under the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023 section 2(d) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023 Commencement Proclamation 2024.

2.Commencement

The provisions of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023 that have not earlier come into operation come into operation on 1 July 2024, except Part 15 Division 3 Subdivision 18.
