Under section 2 of the Workers' Compensation and Assistance Amendment Act 1988, I, the Governor, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 March 1991 as the day on which the Workers' Compensation and Assistance Amendment Act 1988 comes into operation. Given under my hand and the Seal of the State on 19 February 1991.
