I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance Oof section 2 of the Workers Compensation (Amendment) Act 1991, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 6 June, 1992 as the day on which Schedule 1 (2) to that Act, and section 3 of that Act in its application to that provision, commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Proclamation commences the remaining uncommenced provision of the Workers Compensation (Amendment) Act 1991 which contains an amendment providing for the establishment of a second-injury scheme.
