No. 2—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Workers Compensation (Amendment) Act 1991, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint:

(a)

except as provided by paragraph (b), 1 July 1991 as the day on which that Act (other than Schedules 1 (2), 2 and 4 (1), and section 3 in its application to those provisions) commences;

(b)

21 June 1991 as the day on which Schedule 4 (5), and section 3 in its application to that provision, commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

Pursuant to section 2 (2) of the Workers Compensation (Amendment) Act 1991, Schedule 2 to that Act, and section 3 of that Act in its application to that Schedule, are taken to have commenced on 1 February 1990. Schedules 1 (2) and 4 (1) to the Workers Compensation (Amendment) Act 1991 remain uncommenced.
