This Act may I be cited as "The Workers' : ~ ~ struction Oompensation Acts Amendment Act of 1926," and shall of Act. be read as one with" the Workers' Oompensation Acts, 1916 to 1925,"* herein I collectively referred to as the Principal Act. I ! Amendment/ 2. The following amendments are made in para- oh 14. ! graph (B) of subsection one of sect:on fourteen of the Principal Act :- (a) The words "fi ty per centum," where they twice occur, are repea ed and the words "sixty-six and two-thirds per cent m" are respectively inserted in lieu thereof. ! (b) The words "twj pounds," wherever they occur, are repealed and the words "two pounds fifteen shillings" are respective y inserted in lieu thereof. (c) The words "t ree pounds ten shillings per week" are repealed an the words "four pounds five shillings per week (or a um per week equivalent to the weekly wages of the w rker computed as for one full week of constant employ ent at the date of the accident, whichever is the smallet amount)" are inserted in lieu thereof. / * 6 Geo.
