HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Workers Compensation Act 1987, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement
1. This Regulation commences on 1 October 1990.
Amendment
2. The Workers Compensation (General) Regulation 1987 is amended by omitting the Table to clause 9A and by inserting instead
the following Table:

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to increase, from 1 October 1990, the basic rate
of weekly workers compensation by way of income support during the first 26 weeks
in the case of workers not covered by awards.
