NOTIFICATION OF DETERMINATION UNDER INSURANCE

PREMIUMS ORDER (1992-93)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the WorkCover Authority and in pursuance of clause 1 (1) of Schedule 5 (Experience Premium) to the Insurance Premiums Order (1992–93) made under section 168 of the Workers Compensation Act 1987 and published in Gazette No. 70 of 15 June 1992 at page 4021, has determined ‘‘F ” “F ” and “F ” in the 37 38 39

formula in clause 1 (1) (b) of that Schedule as 3.5, 2.6 and 2.0

respectively.
