NOTIFICATION OF DETERMINATION UNDER INSURANCE

PREMIUMS ORDER

NEW SOUTH WALES

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive
Council, and on the recommendation of the WorkCover Authority and in pursuance of clause 1 (1) of Schedule 5 (Experience Premium) to the Insurance Premium Order (applying to policies of insurance issued or renewed so as to take effect on or after 4.00 pm. on 30 June 1989) which was made under section 168 of the Workers Compensation Act 1987 and published in Gazette No. 80 of 23 June 1989 at page 3775, has determined "F22" "F23" and "F24" in the formula
in clause 1 (1) (a) in that Schedule as 3.6, 2.4 and 1.9 respectively.
