Notice of determination under

Insurance Premiums Order 2001–2002

under the

Workers Compensation Act 1987

Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the WorkCover Authority and in pursuance of clause 1 (1) of Schedule 5 (Experience premium) to the Insurance Premiums Order 2001–2002 made under section 168 of the Workers Compensation Act 1987 and published in Gazette No 99 of 22 June 2001 at page 3799, has determined F82, F83 and F84 in the formula in clause 1 (1) (b) of that Schedule as 4.4, 3.1 and 2.9 respectively.
