Notice of determination under New South Wales

Insurance Premiums Order 2000–2001

under the

Workers Compensation Act 1987

Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the WorkCover Authority and in pursuance of clause 1 (1) of Schedule 5 (Experience premium) to the Insurance Premiums Order 2000–2001 made under section 168 of the Workers Compensation Act 1987, and published in Gazette No 75 of 23 June 2000 at page 5250, has determined “F77”, “F78” and “F79” in the formula in clause 1 (1) (b) of that Schedule as 4.4, 2.8 and 2.6 respectively.
