Notice of determination under New South Wales

Insurance Premiums Order (1999–2000)

under the

Workers Compensation Act 1987

His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the WorkCover Authority and in pursuance of clause 1 (1) of Schedule 5 (Experience premium) to the Insurance Premiums Order (1999–2000) made under section 168 of the Workers Compensation Act 1987 and published in Gazette No 72 of 25 June 1999 at page 4284, has determined “F72”, “F73” and “F74” in the formula in clause 1 (1) (b) of that Schedule as 3.9, 2.2. and 2.1 respectively.
