NOTICE OF DETERMINATION UNDER

INSURANCE PREMIUMS ORDER (1996-97)

His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the WorkCover Authority, and in pursuance of clause 1 (1) of Schedule 5 (Experience Premium) to the Insurance Premiums Order (1996-97) made under section 168 of the Workers Compensation Act 1987 and published in Gazette No 76 of 26 June 1996 at page 3235, has determined and in the formula in clause 1 (1) (b) of that Schedule a s 3.1, 2.2 and 2.0 respectively.
