CaseChat Overview and Summary
The Court of Appeal considered the procedural rules and their application in the context of this appeal. The court noted that while the appellants had initially been granted an extension to submit the required outline, they ultimately failed to do so by the stipulated deadline. The court emphasised the importance of adhering to procedural obligations in legal proceedings and found that the appellants' failure to comply with the order for the submission of an outline justified the dismissal of the appeal. Consequently, the appeal was struck out with costs to be assessed against the appellants.
