JUDGMENT

THE PRESIDENT:  The appeal was filed on 16 August 2004 against an order made in the District Court on 19 July 2004.  The appellant was due to lodge an outline on 21 September 2004 and was granted an extension until 29 September 2004.

The appellant did not provide the outline and on 30 September 2004 was informed that if the outline was not received by
1 October the matter would be listed for mention today.

No outline has been received and in the light of the letter now received I would propose to strike out the appeal with costs to be assessed.
