1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Work Safety Amendment Regulation 2011 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Work Safety Regulation 2009.

4. Section 61, except heading

   substitute

   (1)A training course approved by the council is prescribed.

   (2)An approval under subsection (1) is a notifiable instrument.

   NoteA notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.
