Work Health and Safety (Self-Incrimination) Amendment Act 2013

An Act to amend the Work Health and Safety Act 2012.

The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows:

Part 1Preliminary1Short title

This Act may be cited as the Work Health and Safety (Self‑Incrimination) Amendment Act 2013.

2Amendment provisions

In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a specified Act amends the Act so specified.

3Amendment of section 172 – Protection against self‑incrimination
  1. (1)

    Section 172—delete "A person" and substitute:

    An individual

  2. (2)

    Section 172—delete "the person or expose the person" and substitute:

    that individual or expose that individual
