Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Work Health and Safety (Prescription of Fee) Variation Regulations 2019.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2019.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Part 2—Variation of Work Health and Safety Regulations 2012

4—Variation of regulation 707—Prescription of fee

  1. Regulation 707—delete "2018/2019" wherever occurring and substitute in each case:

    2019/2020

  2. Regulation 707(1)—delete "$20 534 759" and substitute:

    $21 048 128

Note—

As required by section 10AA(2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1978, the Minister has certified that, in the Minister's opinion, it is necessary or appropriate that these regulations come into operation as set out in these regulations.
