These regulations may be cited as the
Work Health and Safety (Prescription of Fee) Amendment Regulations 2024 .
These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2024.
(1) Regulation 707—delete "2023/2024" wherever occurring and substitute in each case:
2024/2025
(2) Regulation 707(1)—delete "$29 500 000" and substitute:
$30 238 000
As required by section 10AA(2) of the
Legislative Instruments Act 1978 , the Minister has certified that, in the Minister's opinion, it is necessary or appropriate that these regulations come into operation as set out in these regulations.
