AMENDMENT NOTICE

1. Name of Instrument

This Instrument may be cited as the Work Health and Safety Exemptions (Diving by members of the Australian Defence Force)(July 2014) Amendment Notice.

NOTE:This Instrument is a legislative instrument within the meaning of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003 (see regulation 698(2) of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011).

1. Commencement

This Instrument commences on 23 July 2014 being the day on which the Instrument being amended, namely, the Work Health and Safety Exemptions (Diving by members of the Australian Defence Force)(July 2014), came into force.

1. Authority

This Instrument is made under regulations 697 and 698 of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011.
