1. Name of regulation

This regulation is the Work Health and Safety Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.

Schedule 1 amends the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011.

1. Purpose of this Schedule

This Schedule specifies:

(a)the relevant fee to be paid for a matter mentioned in an item of Table 2.1; and

(b)the time when the relevant fee is payable.
