I, Kathleen Leane, as a delegate of the Minister for Defence suspend standing permission under subsection 11(3) of the Woomera Prohibited Area Rule 2014:
a.to travel on the Tarcoola to Darwin railway line in the Woomera Prohibited Area between the locations set out in Schedule 1;
b.during the period 8.00 am, 21 October 2021 to 11.59 pm, 21 November 2021 inclusive; and
c.during such times as access control points are established to prevent use of the Tarcoola to Darwin railway line.
