Woomera Prohibited Area Rule 2014

I, John Anderson, Director Woomera Prohibited Area Coordination Office, as a delegate of the Minister for Defence, amend Woomera Prohibited Area Rule 2014 Determination of Exclusion Periods for the Green Zone for 1 September 2019 – 5 October 2019 as set out in the Schedule.

Schedule

1.After the words “and the periods set out in Part 4 of the Schedule to be exclusion periods for that part of the Green Zone described in Part 5 of the Schedule” insert, “and the periods set out in Part 7 of the Schedule to be exclusion periods for that part of the Green Zone described in Part 8 of the Schedule”.

2.Repeal the following exclusion periods in Part 4 of the Schedule.

15 September 2019 – 21 September 2019

22 September 2019 – 28 September 2019

29    September 2019 – 5 October 2019

3.Insert the table below as Part 7 of the Schedule.

10 September 2019 – 16 September 2019

17 September 2019 – 23 September 2019

24    September 2019 – 30 September 2019

1 October 2019 – 5 October 2019

4.Insert the following words as Part 8 of the Schedule:
