This is the Woomera Prohibited Area Amendment (Technical Amendments) Rule 2014 .

2Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 72TP(1) of the Defence Act 1903.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Section 5

Omit “GP 249/1989”, substitute “G.P. 249 / 1989, sheet 2, dated 1 September 2014”.

Paragraph 6(a)

After “204192‑001”, insert “, dated 1 September 2014”.

Paragraphs 11(1)(d) and (e)

Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:

  1. (d)

    Public Access Route 18, dedicated under section 45 of the Pastoral Land Management and Conservation Act 1989 (SA) and published in the South Australian Government Gazette on 8 August 2002 (also referred to as Lake Cadibarrawirracanna Road);

  2. (e)

    the Olympic Dam Highway.
