Application for approval of the Woolworths Limited Brisbane Regional Distribution Centre Maintenance Collective Agreement 2009.
[1] Being satisfied that the requirements of ss.185, 186, 187 and 188 of the Act have been met, Fair Work Australia approves the Agreement. Its nominal expiry date is 31 March 2012.
[2] In accordance with s.202(4), the model flexibility term is taken to be a term of the Agreement.
[3] In accordance with s.183, the Agreement will cover the AMWU and the CEPU.
