described in the Schedule to the said A ct has been reclaimed from the ivaters of Port Jackson And whereas in consequence of such reclamation certain owners of land severed from immediate contact witli the said waters became entitled to compensation as provided by the said Act And whereas some of such owners as aforesaid or persons claiming through or in trust for such owners have severally agrw d to accept subject to the approval of Parliam ent certain portions of land in the said Bay formerly lying below high-water-mark and alleged to have been severally reclaimed from such waters by sucli owners as aforesaid as and in full satisfaction for and extinction of all such rights to compensation and all other claims whatsoever of them the said owners or such persons as afor('said And whereas it is necessary th a t the said several agreements should he ratitied by Parliam ent Be it tlun-efore enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the L(‘gislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South "Wales in Parliam ent assemhhid and by the authority of the same as follows;— ̂

Wooiioomooioo Bay. gecoud columii of tlic Scliedulc to this Act upon the establishment by such persons of their respective titles to the land in respect of which the portions of land hereinafter mentioned arc authorized to hc granted by way of com])ensation for losses of water-frontage the portion or portions of land set against their respective names in the said 8chedule according to the respective areas and descriptions as set forth in the third and fourth columns tlu'reof And each such grant of any of the said portions of land to any such persons or corporation shall be in full satisfaction and compensation for any losses w hat­ soever sustaiiK'd by such persons whfdher in their own right or d«'rivativcly by reason of the reclamation of the land or any portion then 'of d('scribed in tlu' Sclu'dule to the “ Woollooinooloo Bay Land lleclamation Act of 1802” and shall operate as an extinguishment of any right title claim casement or interest of or belonging to tlu' owners and of any jiersons claiming through or in trust for them or any of them of any land so severed from contact with the waters of Port Jackson as afoiajsaid and as compensation for which severances the aforexsaid portions of land are hereby authorized to he granted respectively.
