The following local environmental plan is made by the local plan-making authority under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 9).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)

the Ian Street Car Park, 16–18 Dover Road, Rose Bay, being Lots 7 and 8, DP 79286,

(b)

the Wilberforce Avenue Car Park between Wilberforce Avenue and Dover Road, Rose Bay, being Lots 8, 70 and 71, Sec A, DP 4244 and Lots A and B, DP 104986.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 2014 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 2014

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert at the end of the Schedule:

16      Use of certain land at 16–18 Dover Road, Rose Bay

(1)

This clause applies to land at 16–18 Dover Road, Rose Bay, being

Lots 7 and 8, DP 79286.

(2)

Development for the purpose of a residential flat building is permitted with development consent, but only if the building is part of a mixed use development.
