1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the Yarranabbe Park seawall, New Beach Road, Darling Point and Rushcutters Bay Park seawall, 2A New South Head Road, Darling Point, comprising part of Lots 208 and 1666, DP 752011, part of Lots 7328–7330, DP 1161999, part of Lot 7042, DP 1073879 and part of Lot 7321, DP 1165813.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 2014 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.
