1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 257 Glenmore Road, Paddington, being Lot 1,

DP 229634.

4 Amendment of Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 2014

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Omit “if a food or drink premises (excluding a pub) is permitted with development consent (but only if located on the ground floor)” from clause 6 (2).

Insert instead “if the development is located on the ground floor”.
