This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

This Plan applies to Lot 4, DP 431756, 240–246 New South Head Road, Edgecliff, as shown coloured brown and edged heavy black on the map marked “Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment No 75)—Density Map” deposited in the office of Woollahra Municipal Council.
