1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment

No 74).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to all land to which Woollahra Local Environmental

Plan 1995 applies.

4 Amendment of Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 1995

(1) Schedule 1 Definitions

Omit the definition of existing ground level. Insert instead:

existing ground level means the existing level of a site at

any point.

(2)	Schedule 1, definition of “height”
Omit the definition. Insert instead:

height, in relation to a building, means the vertical distance between existing ground level and the highest point of the building, including plant and lift overruns, but excluding communication devices, antennae, satellite dishes, masts, flagpoles, chimneys, flues and the like.
