1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment

No 73).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot B, DP 322489, 11 Olola Avenue, Vaucluse, known as Weinreich House, as shown coloured orange and edged heavy black on the map marked “Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment No 73)—Heritage Conservation Map” deposited in the office of Woollahra Municipal Council.
