1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment

No 71).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 101, DP 827011, 9A Cooper Park Road, Bellevue Hill, as shown coloured scarlet, edged heavy red and identified as “2 (b)” on the map marked “Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment No 71)—Land Use Map” deposited in the office of Woollahra Municipal Council.
