1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment

No 70).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 6, DP 12264, being part of the former Telecom site, Double Bay, comprising part of the land shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment No 49)—Classification Map” deposited in the office of Woollahra Municipal Council.

Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land as operational land

Omit “Lot 7, DP 12264” from Part 1.

Insert instead “Lots 6 and 7, DP 12264”.
