1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment

No 69).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot A, DP 108600, 37 Darling Point Road, Darling Point, comprising the building (formerly a house) known as Duntrim and its grounds, as shown coloured orange and edged heavy black on the map marked “Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment No 69)—Heritage Conservation Map” deposited in the office of Woollahra Municipal Council.

Insert in appropriate order in the definition of heritage conservation map:
