1      Name of plan

This plan is Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 1995

(Amendment No 51).

2      Aim of plan

The aim of this plan is to amend Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 1995 to list certain elements of the property at 489 New South Head Road, Double Bay as a heritage item.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lot B, DP 312738, and known as 489 New South Head Road, Double Bay, as shown coloured orange and edged heavy black on the map marked “Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment No 51)—Heritage Conservation Map” deposited at the office of Woollahra Municipal Council.
